The research and recruitment process

Working for Coesia means being part of an international world looking for talented people. To complete your application, read about the Coesia recruitment process.

1. CANDIDATURA

1. APPLICATION

Search for a position you are interested in among our job offers or send a spontaneous application: in either case, you can send a cover letter with your CV. You can learn about the new job openings thanks to university placement services, during job fairs or open day events. We will only consider applications sent through our portal: to start, send us your data in the Career Opportunities section.

2. SELEZIONE

2. THE RESEARCH AND RECRUITMENT PROCESS

As soon as we receive your application, you will receive an email confirming that the recruitment process has started. The Coesia Human Resources team and the relevant area team will analyse your CV carefully and decide whether to contact you for further information. This appraisal might take some time, so please be patient while waiting for an answer.

3. COLLOQUIO CONOSCITIVO

3. PRELIMINARY INTERVIEW

If your profile is consistent with our search, you will be contacted for an individual motivational interview. During the interview, we will decide whether your interests and experience are suitable for the job opening. Afterwards, the recruiter will communicate all the results to all interviewees, while preparing a list of applicants who will proceed to the next step.

4. COLLOQUIO TECNICO

4. TECHNICAL INTERVIEW

In this step, you will meet the supervisor of the area with the job opening, who will analyze your specific competences for the role. For the newly graduated, high school graduates or high school students, the main asset will be the ability to apply knowledge acquired during studies to the work environment.

5. PROPOSTA

5. PROPOSAL

The entire process will end with communication of the overall result to all applicants. The most suitable person for the role will meet the recruiter once again, to assess the job proposal and formalize placement.

Preparing for the Coesia interview

Preparing for the Coesia interview

The interview in Coesia includes some 45-minute sessions where you will meet the people closely involved in the role you are applying for.
Most of the time, it is a group of Human Resources supervisors, managers and staff who could interact with you during your career in the Group.
Each one will be entitled to assess your competences following the Coesia Leadership Model.

The interview topics will be your previous experiences and the challenges you took on in the past. For this reason, we suggest you prepare some examples to be analyzed together, in order to have an open, in-depth, concise and well-structured conversation. From a transparency viewpoint, we appreciate the honesty of applicants. For that reason, we do not usually ask trick questions.
The recruiter might intervene in the conversation in order to keep it focused on the most important subjects and topics. At the end of each session, you will be able to ask any questions you want.

You will be notified in advance if we need to use other assessment techniques to support the motivational interview, like tests, case studies, presentations and role play, to test your competences.
