The interview in Coesia includes some 45-minute sessions where you will meet the people closely involved in the role you are applying for.
Most of the time, it is a group of Human Resources supervisors, managers and staff who could interact with you during your career in the Group.
Each one will be entitled to assess your competences following the Coesia Leadership Model.
The interview topics will be your previous experiences and the challenges you took on in the past. For this reason, we suggest you prepare some examples to be analyzed together, in order to have an open, in-depth, concise and well-structured conversation. From a transparency viewpoint, we appreciate the honesty of applicants. For that reason, we do not usually ask trick questions.
The recruiter might intervene in the conversation in order to keep it focused on the most important subjects and topics. At the end of each session, you will be able to ask any questions you want.
You will be notified in advance if we need to use other assessment techniques to support the motivational interview, like tests, case studies, presentations and role play, to test your competences.
