Main Responsibilities / Activities
The candidate will be involved in process related to orders, to customer satisfaction, to claims management and to service monitoring.
Ensures the effective and efficient management of the fulfillment process sales orders from customers and branch offices, providing the loading on the system, management of confirmation, shipping and tracking materials, in coordination with the warehouse and ImportExport Department.
Ensures proper and timely customer service, analyzing the nature of the requests and taking appropriate actions involving business areas concerned, in order to ensure an appropriate level of Customer Satisfaction in accordance with expected standard.
Ensures the handling process of complaints for non compliance of spare parts by customers, involving different areas of the company and monitoring the number, the nature and outcome of the complaints.
Monitors the overall performance of the function Spare Parts for customer and geographic area in terms of volumes, service levels, order processing time, highlighting potential problems and proposing corrective actions.

Basic Requirements High School Graduated (technical or commercial specialising/skills) or University Graduated (Bachelor or Master Degree in linguistic or commercial specialising / skills).
Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken), another language (French or Spanish) is appreciated.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work independently and also be able to work in teamwork
SAP knowledge is appreciated
