VOLPAK is one of the leading manufacturers of packaging machines in the consumer goods market. Designs and manufactures automatic packaging machines for products like Industrial bakery, detergents and soaps or food and beverages.Main Responsibilities / Activities
• HelpDesk support to the end user using the tickering system.
• Performing administrative tasks:
- Internal / external audit procedures
- Internal documentation management
- Licensing control
- Management of KPIs.Special Projects / Challenges

During the internship, you will have the chance to enrich your study plan with real work experience, putting your theoretical knowledge into practice. Basic Requirements
• FPII or Degree in IT.
• Knowledge of HW.
• High valuable knowledge in ERP / Networks / Windows Server.
• High knowledge of Office tools: MS Excel, MS Word, etc.
• Good command of English.
• Good team player.
