This program aims at developing people management skills for supervisors from operational areas such as workshops, warehouses, assembly, testing, and installation.

Participants will enhance their role awareness, develop inclusive leadership skills, and become recognized as key reference points in a diverse environment. The program also focuses on improving communication and conflict management abilities. Participants will engage in practical learning on topics including leadership in practice, day-to-day people management, conflict resolution and facilitation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), encouraging the sharing of best practices among colleagues.
