ACMA is one of the leading manufacturers of packaging machines in the consumer goods market, with one of the largest international share. The company designs and manufactures automatic packaging machines for products like: industrial bakery, confectionery, detergents and soaps, high-value products or dense/foaming, food and beverages.Main Responsibilities / Activities
As project engineer at Acma, you ensure that our customer projects are fit-for-purpose and that we deliver in accordance to the project budget and schedule.
Key elements of the job are to interpret the customer’s requirements, identify and address the design parameters, manage the solutions engineering and ensure the specifications are fulfilled.
Relevant safety and legal requirements are additional, important areas you will cover.
You are coordinating and managing the cooperation with colleagues in application enginee-ring and sales, but also with partnering suppliers of complementary products and services.Special Projects / Challenges
Coordinate a team composed of 4/5 project engineers. The candidate will be responsible for the entire project as the main technical interface with the client.Basic Requirements
An engineering degree and at least 3 years of significant relevant industrial or construction expe-rience.
As the ideal candidate, you are a skilled in mechanical and electrical engineering with a broad range competence, including design and manufacturing, to the financial aspects of engineering. You are an excellent coordinator and communicator, and you are able to explain design, functio-nality and plans clearly.
Through your experiences, you have developed confidence in your decision-making and organi-zational skills.
