Main Responsibilities / Activities

Acma’s Area Sales Manager are reporting directly to ACMA Head of Sales and they are responsible for the development and the performance of all sales activities in assigned business unit and region in order to achieve sales results in line with commercial and budget goals. In particular this profile is responsible for: • Sales strategy: Implements the sales strategy and manages sales processes in order to consolidate and develop business results by achieving assigned budgeted results. • Business development: Responsible for existing and new customers development and supports the development and implementation of marketing plans if needed; maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales and activities related to his business and customers. • Offering: Collaborates with the technical department in order to evaluate client requirements, to conduct technical negotiations and to prepare commercial offers consistent with Company capabilities. • Sales management: Coordinate the agents in the area and deal the direct customers and support Agents in standard proposals, if required.

Basic Requirements

• Engineering Degree: Mechanical, Electronic, Aerospace or equivalent • Fluent English • Negotiation Skills • At least 2 years of experience in Commercial role in companies which manage an high complexity of selling process • International exposure in markets outside Italy is mandatory
