The research and recruitment process

Search for a position you are interested in among our job offers or send a speculative application. In either case, you will make your first step in our selection process by sending us your CV. We will only consider applications made through our portal. To start, send us your data through the Career opportunities section.

2. SELEZIONE

As soon as we receive an application, you will receive an email confirming that the recruitment process has started. The Coesia Human Resources and department supervisors will carefully analyze your CV and will decide whether to contact you for further information. This evaluation might require some time, so we ask you to be patient while waiting for a response. 

3. IL COLLOQUIO CONOSCITIVO

3. PRELIMINARY INTERVIEW

If your profile is consistent with our research, you will be contacted for an individual motivational interview. During the interview, we will determine if your attitude and experience are suitable for the job opening. Afterwards, the recruiter will communicate all the results of the interviews, while preparing a list of applicants who will proceed to the following step. 

4. IL COLLOQUIO TECNICO

4. TECHNICAL INTERVIEW

During this step, you will meet the supervisor of the area related to the job opening, who will analyze your specific competences for the role. For professionals, the experiences and most challenging situations will be evaluated. For the most complex and demanding roles, a further interview with Senior and Top Managers might be necessary.

The process will be concluded with communication of the whole process result to all applicants. The most suitable person for the role will meet the recruiter once again, to evaluate the job proposal and formalize the hiring.

Preparing for the interview

The interview in Coesia includes a 45-minute session where you will meet the people most involved in the role you are applying for. 
Most of the time, it is a group of Human Resources supervisors, managers and staff who could interact with you during your career in the Group. 
Each one of them will be entitled to evaluate your competences following the Coesia's Leadership Model.

The topics of the interview will be your previous experiences and the challenges you took on in the past. For this reason, we suggest you of some examples in advance to analyze together, in order to have an open and in-depth conversation, whilst also being concise and well structured. From a transparency viewpoint, we appreciate the honesty of applicants. For the same reason, we do not usually ask trick questions. 
The recruiter might intervene in the conversation in order to keep it focused on the most important themes and topics. At the end of each session, you will be able to ask any questions you wish. 

You will be informed in advance in case we need other evaluation techniques supporting the motivational interview, like tests, case studies, presentations and roleplays in order to test your competences.
