Corporate welfare

Coesia is developing a corporate welfare to improve the wellness of its people and their families, providing services and activities in our countries of operation, and in line with their needs. Our goal is to ensure a better quality of life and a healthy work-life balance, while supporting a stimulating and positive professional environment. Since we are certain that our diversity contributes to the Group's development, we encourage and nurture an exchange and mix of cultures, abilities, genders, generations, ethnicities and nationalities.

Health & Safety and Security

Coesia develops and implements common policies of health, safety and environment safeguarding in anything that concerns the Group. We are committed to applying the highest safety level during work activities and in the work environment planning in order to guarantee our collaborators' wellness every day.

With corporate security, Coesia aims to prevent and deal with malicious, unintentional events while safeguarding tangible and intangible resources of the organization.

MAST: a space for collaborators and the community

MAST: a space for collaborators and the community

Coesia, together with the Isabella Seràgnoli Foundation, is a founding member of the MAST Foundation, a non-profit organization which co-ordinates the activities of the multi-functional center located in Bologna, next to Coesia headquarters.

The MAST Foundation promotes innovation-based projects and offers corporate welfare services in favor of Coesia's collaborators, aiming to make them available for the community through an exchange process between corporation and city, without dividing lines among citizens, young people and collaborators. The intention is to propose the concept of a company living in the community, opening up the social boundaries that define where one ends and the other begins. Corporate collaborators also contribute to projects, generating connections with the community and spreading knowledge outside the company itself, in a scheme of constant progression and growth.
