Main Responsibilities / Activities

Main tasks ‒Contributes to the evolution of Coesiamodels, tools and methodologies in terms of Change Management in order to support the group/organisational units transformation and facilitate commitment and sponsorship to the new initiatives. Role activities include: •Welfare and engagement initiatives (analysis and benchmarking, engagement survey, action plan definition and follow through) •Culture and values programs •Project design for specific needs (e.gnew strategy, new management, new ERP implementation) including SWOT analysis, toolkit selection, action plan implementation and follow up •Change agents identification and know how transfer •Teams facilitation including “train the trainer” sessions, workshops and team building/team development activities, etc •Analysis, communication and reporting initiatives (questionnaires, newsletters, mailing, presentations, etc) ‒Autonomously partners with other Centre of Expertise functions, HR Business Partners, Line managers and experts, external suppliers ‒Manages the assigned activities with a good level of autonomy
