Main Responsibilities / Activities

• Provides competent first level HELPDESK support, advises and supports end-users and business partners in a friendly, customer-oriented manner and maintains a corresponding cooperation and communication style • Understands Case Management tool and logs HELPDESK requests, including claims in English • Analyses failures precisely and efficient • Takes every necessary step to achieve high system reliability and customer satisfaction, always considering costs • Compiles decision-making facts for his superiors, knows when to escalate • Completes user-specific tasks independently, considering the cost situation

Basic Requirements

Bachelor degree in engineering (preferably electrical/control, electronics, mechatronics) or equivalent English written and spoken, German nice to have Customer orientation Communication Result orientation Initiative
