Main Responsibilities / Activities

telephone sales, active phone prospecting, customer development, sales backoffice. Experience as a coordinator and team management is differential. Activities: contact clients, develop tactical plans and participate in the development of strategies for the area. Elaborate spreadsheets and sales proposals for parts. Prepare internal documents, organize / improve internal process and back office sales. Communication with others FlexLink global (in English) and customers in South America (in Spanish). coordinate / lead the process of internal process organization, increase sales volume compared to previous years, prepare parts proposals as required, develop new customers and ensure high-quality customer service. Send the correct information to customers and internally.

Basic Requirements

Needed previous experience with in-house sales office package, logical reasoning, correct writing for e-mails and proposals (test knowledge), commercial negotiation, price formation. Technical background is important differential, but it is not essential. English and advanced and Spanish in the least intermediate. Fluency in both languages is excellent advantage. completed graduation in administration, engineering or related áreas.
