Main Responsibilities / Activities
1. Work with team to improve current suppliers in quality improving, delivery on time.
2.Solve abnormal situation of material, handle emergency in time.
3.Work on purchasing plan base on project time plan.
4.Negotiate with the supplier for cost, delivery, quality, order, payment, technical, risk and so on.
5. Develop supplier base base on company business plan.
6.Other works assigned by supervisor.
Key Competences / Leadership Attributes
Strong background and deep understanding of material, manufacturing process and their costs.
Famillar with BAAN system is preferred.
Excellent communication and coordination skill.
Clear Strategic thinking, patient, efficient work under pressure.
Fluent & effective verbal and written communication in English.
Bachelor or above
Minimum 5 years of working experience in mechanic plant
